Google Sheets Sync — what it is and who needs it
For small and medium businesses Google Sheets is the simplest CRM: everyone knows it, it is free and it opens on a phone. When the bot is connected to Sheets, every lead or order (time, name, phone, selection, amount, status) is written automatically; you filter, colour-code, build reports and charts, and share with managers.
The integration can be two-way: the bot writes to the sheet and reads from it — products, prices, working hours, free slots (for booking) change in the spreadsheet and update in the bot instantly. It is the most affordable way to manage a bot without an admin panel. Retry on failure and logging — no record is ever lost.
